Who we are
 

Our Executive Styling Consultants play a critical role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience. Each ESC makes an impact by finding their client the perfect fashion solutions through genuine relationships and an unparalleled luxury experience. You’ll be on the front line, providing styling services and support to customers through face to face, email and phone communication. You will lead your own in-person appointments. What you’ll do

 

  • Manage client communication via email, phone, and in-person 
  • Provide styling advice and support based on client needs, fit, and lifestyle preferences
  • Manage genuine relationships with customers to ensure they receive a luxury  experience like no other
  • Listen to customer feedback and incorporate it in your styling suggestions and exceed customers expectations with considerate care and attention to detail
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage your customer needs
  • Personalize your approach to each customer and schedule and host on-site luxury styling appointments

  • Resourceful. You enjoy creative work, and you always look for ways to improve and grow.


What your background may look like

 

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in sales, luxury retail / hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Interested in sales and account management and are excited to coordinate, build relationships and work with our clients
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task, you can juggle several tasks with ease
  • Proficient with email organization, calendar management, and have intermediate technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment and working well under pressure 
  • Ability to communicate and work with highly accomplished executives and celebrities.
  • A plus, you have a book of clients
  • A given, you have a "SUPERHERO" level skill in networking!
